4. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship across India and select international destinations as per our Shipping Policy.
- Delivery timelines mentioned are estimates and may vary based on location or courier delays.
- Moulds and Models is not liable for delays beyond our control (such as courier issues, strikes, natural disasters, or customs delays).
5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- As each product is customized, returns and refunds are not applicable once production begins.

- The decision for replacement or compensation rests with Moulds and Models after verification.
