At Moulds and Models, every customized ship is crafted with precision and care before it sets sail to reach you. We take pride in delivering each order safely and on time, across India.
1. Order Processing Time
- All customized ships are made to order.
- Once your design and details are confirmed, production takes 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the model.
- You will receive an email or WhatsApp update once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Domestic Shipping (within India): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen factors are beyond our control, but we’ll always assist you in tracking your shipment.
3. Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure safe and reliable delivery of your customized ships.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use it to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery attempt.
We’ll investigate with our shipping partner and offer a replacement or solution as applicable.
